Anyone have any recommendations for pieces or chamber music for Bassoon and Piano? that's not the saint saens sonata?

Sonatina by Mario Castelnuovo-Tedesco. Published by Galaxy, IIRC. Gorgeous piece.

If you like funky, look for Tansman (I think it is a sonatina, but not sure).

My absolute favorite is Saint-Saens' Sonata, which is simply a masterpiece.
Money does not make happiness, but it can buy you a piano.  :)

I'm sure there's a Hindemith sonata for Bassoon and Piano.

Roger Boutry's "Interférences" (1972)   ;)

Tansman and Hindemith are also good choices.
"Ciranda das Sete Notas" by Villa-Lobos is also very good.
