Let WW III begin!
I like her too, she isn't half bad for a professional woman pianist.

I couldn't agree more, Best technique I've heard from any new pianists in a while. Amazing Rachmaninoff performances too.

Matt, how long was this 'while'?
While her technique is great, and her spirit is TRUE, her raw mech isn't quite in the same league of the top modern virtuosi.

I think her technique is very interesting, intriguing. For example, when she plays Chopin 25/6 there seems to be almost no contact with the keyboard, she just floats over it. It's beautiful to watch. When she is on fire I get the impression that she COULD develop herself into a feminine Cziffra. I think she is pretty amazing, endless potential.

I heard her play Ondine on youtube and have no respect at all for her since then. I'd love to have her technique though...

I love watching her in her pretty little pink dress and her amazing technique.
but it'd be better without the pink dress at all, don't you think?

Ah, so much better!
You think if we started a petition over here on PS and got enough people to sign it that we could get her to do it?

Of course! We should start one.
Except nils wouldn't be happy I guess.
But it'd sure make her Chopin Etudes much more enjoyable to watch.

I love her playing... her Don Juan (the new recording) Is my favorite.
Her Schubert-Liszt is her best DVD so far in my opinion.

Hmm, maybe we could do something like a chain e-mail, except with PMs? You would think that nils would like to see it too, no?

hey invictious!
don't steal my fantasy!!!
it makes me remind a movie (i don't know which one). there is a scene where a cellist girl plays dressing only her own cello and bow...oh, perhaps she was using a necklace also... isn't a 007 movie?
