August 07, 2010, mess of styles

This one I think happened right after playing some boogie woogie, so I threw in a swing rhythm, and it turned into a bit of stride. It didn't sound stylistically like stride or boogie, though, still romantic. Then there's a baroque spot at one point, and then a more scriabinish part. I enjoy making a mess.

I enjoy making a mess.

Me too! And I enjoy listening to your mess. You've got some good thirds in there technically, and I love the peace near the end, the winding out of an improv.
Don't let anyone know where you tie your goat.

Yes this is still romantic, your specific romanticism, and I like it. At the end it feels like you might have thought about leading to a new part but then decided to end it.
