Jean Philippe Rameau - Harpsichord Pieces

Rameau´s second published collection of harpsichord works, Pièces de clavecin avec une méthode sur la mécanique des doigts, appeared in 1724.
It differs from the earlier collection in containing a much smaller proportion of stylized dances, over half the anthology being devoted to "genre" pieces with suggestive titles of the kind so popular among French Baroque composers.
