Peer Review: Demo Contemporary Album "Scarlet Moon"
on: July 30, 2008, 01:44:15 AM
Hi everyone. I've put together a collection of my original works and I am looking for some peer review. I am currently in the touch-up (notes, velocity, duration, texture) and post-processing phase. Any suggestions and helpful comments would be greatly appreciated. I am hoping to get my work in a ready to release state by January.
I am currently recording on a Yamaha S90es keyboard into Sonar 7. I use an M-Audio Fast Track Ultra audio interface for playback/24-bit 96kHz recording once midi has been laid and edited.
I currently have 12 pieces written and will upload several now and add more later.
Thank you all for you input. Please remember that these are in Demo state so there are obviously things to work out!

I actually quite enjoy these pieces. I'm surprised! Go about doing what you like- you seem to be doing quite well and I wish you luck.

For us musicians, the music of Beethoven is the pillar of fire and cloud of mist which guided the Israelites through the desert. (Roughly quoted, Franz Liszt.)

Thanks!
Any other input content-wise? I'd love to have some feedback from fellow musicians.
