Yes, I have this set.
Although he is not my favourite Prokofiev interpreter (e.g. Richter is more to my taste), my main reason to buy this set was that it was complete. In particular it was the only recording available (at the time, now there are others) that had Prokofiev's Juvenilia (almost unkown pieces - real gems - that Prokofiev composed in his teens).

Some of it I don't like, most of it is perfectly reasonable playing. If I was after particular pieces, I probably would look for other pianists rather than Chiu, but as a complete set I definitely recommend it
(I would say the same about Ashkenazy's complete Chopin - Ahskenazy is not my favourite Chopin interpreter, but at least now I have all of Chopin solo works).
