I've just discovered Piano Forum via a link at a great music site at www.classicalmusicworld.com. It publishes a piano magazine which you can get through the post or online. They have cd and concert reviews which you can get free, and if you want to check out the magazine online they give you a free month's trial. Thanks for the tip, shall definately visit the Murray Perahia interview.

I am subscribing to their magazine International Piano and I find it very good and interesting.
Regarding the website i don't really understand how you can call it  "great". I am currently waiting for the November issue to come with the post but on the website the "current issue" is the Summer 2001! Where is the Septemper issue??? The IP site is not updated since July AND they want you to pay for access to the site! No way!

Hello everyone, I'm a new chap. I just thought I'd bring a wonderful program to your attention, since it is related to this topic. The program is called Morpheus (you can download it from CNET). It's a file-sharing program, with resume functions. I'm on it,and I'm sharing some very good piano videos (super-duper quality) - Argerich, Hough, Freddy Kempf, The Art of Piano (near perfect DVD rip), Horowitz, Zimerman, Van Cliburn Competition. If some of you were to convert your piano videos we could get a great thing going. I don't mind posting an introduction to video compression technique and tools. Let me know what you think.
