the third chopin etude opus 10 and the middle section of rachs g minor prelude
are really one of the most beautiful pieces

theres a gorgeous part in the first Schubert Impromptu in C minor, where it goes into Ab major with the triplets in the left hand.... lush. lol i also love rach 2, brahms 2 (the cello solo but also the last movement because its so delicate), and parts of the ravel concerto. I just listened to alborada del gacioso and theres some lovely single note melodies in that.

oh i also think that the faure cantique de jean racine (cant remember how to spell it) is beautiful too, both the accompaniment and the actual sung tune.
