Okay, please (IN YOUR OPINION) rate these from least hardest to hardest for me.

Scriabin etude in d# minor, no. 12, op. 8
Chopin 10/3
Un Sospiro
Debussy's octave etude, (no. 5 I think)
Chopin's Revelutionary Etude

My guess is:
Chopin 10/3
Liszt
Debussy
Revelutionary
Scriabin

Am I right?

Out of those you listed I play 10/3, 10/12, and Scriabin.

10/3 requires finger independence and balance needed to seperate melody from accompaniment in one hand.  There is also a good deal of chord and double note work in the middle section.  Most difficult sections I found to be the alternating 6ths for both hands on the 3rd page, followed by the double note chromatic tritone scales in the LH.

10/12 I found this easier to learn than 10/3.  Mostly scale and arpeggio work.

Scriabin 8/12 - LH has huge leaps and spans in the first section.  Section section deals with repeated chords, with still more wild jumping around.  Most difficult part for me was the 1st page LH.  Also memorizing can be tricky because of constant harmonic changes.

Made a Liszt. Need new Handel's for Soler panel & Alkan foil. Will Faure Stein on the way to pick up Mendels' sohn. Josquin get Wolfgangs Schu with Clara. Gone Chopin, I'll be Bach

Well you kind of contradicted yourself there.  (First you say IN YOUR OPINION, then you say Am I right?)  Being "right" is relative to each person's techique and individual abilities.  So just like you said, it's more a matter of opinion.  From your list I found the Liszt the easiest and Revolutionary possibly the hardest.
