I viewed the 'Whos online' list just now.

On the list were the members online at that time and a few guests.

What surrised me was that a few of the members's stats read 'Unknown action.'

Once, I even saw a guest whos stat read 'Nothing, or nothing you can see...'

Care to explain this nils?

Or is this yet another mystery of PS?

I am afraid I have to disappoint you, it is not much of a mystery...
Moderators and administrator can do certain things which are hidden in that page but if you see a guest doing "Nothing, or nothing you can see..." it is most likely a search engine spider crawling the site to find updated or new pages to incude in the search engines such as Google, MSN, Yahoo etc.
