hello

I am working on a new documentary about Sergei Rachmaninoff and his relationship with his grand daughter Sophie Wolkonsky, which became Sophie Wolkonsky Wanamaker in 1952 I understand.
Has any here heard of the "rediscovered" short songs Rachmaninoff wrote for Sophie? They were called "Sophie's Songs" and he started writing them in 1933 around the time Sophie was 8 years old.
We have proof of their existance now, found the original recordings of some of them (there were 8 total songs written), and now even have olocated the original manuscript, but we are still searching for more inofrmation about the two of them working on these towards the end of Sergei's life.
