what offer price for Samick SU-147S?

My neighbor wants to sell me his ten-year-old Samick SU-147S upright. I'd like to buy it. I'm not sure how much it is worth. It appears to be in good condition. I'm sure it is hardly played, but it has been moved a few times. It sounds and plays nice. He says he paid $3500 for it ten years back. What is it worth now? Thanks for your time.
