"Amerika".
"Realpolitik" is a word. "Amerika" is not. Spelling America "Amerika" is not really even mildly politikal. Bare in mind, I am not even a tiny bit patriotic; I just can't stand crap.
Changing C's to K's does not make you look hip, cool, intellectual, philosophical or sociologically versed. It makes you look pseudo-intellectual and pseudo-philosophical. Pseudo means fake, by the way. I'm not trying to single out ramsey, who happens to have a thread with "Amerika" in the title at the moment, as I have seen it popping up more and more on here lately. That just sort of reminded me.
If you spell America like "Amerika", you better be from Russia or Poland or something. Otherwise, why don't you go listen to Rage Against the Machine and get a tattoo of a bar-code on the back of your neck, for the sole purpose of trying to get people to ask you "why the hell did you get that ugly tattoo?" and then you can go, as you suck on a fat blunt, "Dude, because like... America turns us into machines. We're becoming serialized as we lose our identities and are forced to conform to the ultimate ego-mass. Whoops, did I say America? I meant 'Amerika'."
It's the same sort of people that thought spelling America wrong that will be having a normal conversation with you and then suddenly go "Oh by the way I'm reading something by Michel Foucault. It's very good."
Psshh, no you're not. And even if you are, you don't understand it. Besides, I doubt many of the pseudo-pseudo-intellectuals who use the word "Amerika" even vote; they're just pampered white kids whose parents probably voted for Bush anyway. Way to do something about it. Your clique improper grammar will pave the way for individualism and put a stop to war. Yes, that's the way to do it.
