All notes after the change in clef are to be played in that clef.  It may not necessarily be played an octave lower.  Just read the notes as if you had to do it with the left hand, but use your right hand!
If you still dont understand, maybe you could upload a picture of the music in the next post and we will have a look at it.

ok, great! but if you still have doubts, try getting a recording of whatever piece you had questions about, listen to someone play it, and you will understand from the frequency of the notes where they are in the keyboard, and if you really understood..
