strange pain in elbow joint
on: June 03, 2004, 07:43:46 PM
Hi, I have never really suffered from any sort of arm problems (guess I've been very lucky!) with the exception of very mild tendanitis a few years ago, which I caught very early and managed to shake off very quickly. Recently however a few days ago I experienced a very strange pain in my elbow. I wasn't actually playing at the time but just sitting at school. I suddenly got a really fine and focused pain which came from elbow down my forearm and up my arm a little, the way I would describe it is like a very fine string of pain coming from one specific point. The pain was quite accute but seemed to go if I staightened my elbow. It wasn't there all the time either, it seemed to come at random moments for short periods of time. It only happened on that day as well and I haven't had it since. Any ideas as to what it could be?!

Thanks. :)

Muscle spasms...I get that in my gut when I try to do situps- It's probably some whacked nerve impulse. Just be glad it stopped.. :P :)
