Kawai KG-2

I am contemplating purchasing a Kawai KG-2 early 80's (Los Angeles area).  The price I have been offered is 7,250.  What is your opinion on this piano & its price?

Is it a fair value or should I be looking elsewhere?

Ask for 6000 USD.

I live in Canada, so keep this in mind:  At the local dealer, they managed to get someone to buy a 35 year old Kawai KG 2 for 13 000 Canadian dollars, which would be, what- 9000 USD?

Also, are you offered this price from a private owner, or a salesperson at a dealership?

Two pianos from different "wholesale dealers".  But today I saw in the paper for a Kawai GS-30 for $800 more.
