Technically, I think the only real problem are the octaves passage at the end of the first movement.  For the rest, musically, it's very difficult to not sound pedantic.  Especially the third and last movement.  Are you intending to give it to a student?

Whoooops. Well, I was tossing between Cassius Clay (Muhammad Ali) or Michael J. Fox - but it didn't seem right to mock one of the greatest boxers of all time.

I think that the PC line would also be drawn at referring to Ali by his birth name, considering that he changed it nearly 50 years ago.    While I'm old enough to remember him being Cassius Clay, I actually can't recall the last time I saw or heard that name used.

Anyway, were Ali or Fox ever known to be pianists?  It's probably safe to say (in response to the OP's incomprehensible question) that no one who doesn't play piano could possibly play the Wanderer Fantasy, and that the presence (or absence) of Parkinson's (or any other debilitating condition) is irrelevant.

Your question, as posed, was nonsensical.  (So is the use of "hoaxes" in this context, and amletic isn't a word in English AFAIK.)

The response you liked from birba was to a completely different question.  If you wanted to know what the technical difficulties of this piece are, then that's what you should have asked.
