Superscript an o for full dim.

It's a miniscule for the half-dim, Danish character.  ctrl-+-/-o in MS Word 2007.  That's not a very helpful "shortcut" key combo.

I just want to know how to type them out.  Maybe there's another way, like substituting o/   but that doesn't look right to me.

At least I know in Word, tedious as that is.  There's always cut and paste.

I thought someone might know a shortcut key combo or a trick in writing it out differently.
