I search a piece around this timing. To help you all:

I like not too known pieces. I generally like the concept of variations or transcriptions (but not necessary)
With a good impressive end.

Mendelssohn Prelude & Fugue in E minor Op. 35 no. 1 is ~8 min, very effective, with a sublime ending.

If you play really fast, you could do the Bach-Busoni Chaconne in 12 minutes. Usually it's around 15 :p

I second that... It's a fantastic piece of music. Bloody powerful in the ending.

Although I still get goosebumps when I hear the Glockenspiel introduced in the orchestral version.

Sorabji - Etudes Nos. 26, 36 and 59
Alkan - Op. 39 No. 12
Elliott Carter - "Two Diversions" (more than one movement, but what the hell)
Boulez - Sonata No. 1 (same as above)
Godowsky - tons of transcriptions to choose from, though I'm not sure how long some of them are
John White - some of his piano sonatas may have the length you're looking for
Medtner - lots of miniatures to choose from (I really like his Op. 10 No. 2, for instance), and if you're as good as Hamelin , you could play his Op. 30 in 12 minutes; if you're looking for variations, then you might want to check out his Op. 55
Messiaen - pretty close to "standard repertoire", but anyway, his Vingt Regards Nos. 6 & 10 are both safe bets

I think you could play Cage - 4,33. It's supposed to be, well, 4.33, but if you just take time in some passages and use those fermatas, you could probably be able to play it in 7, without anyone actually thinking about that it's too long.
