Various Christmas standards arranged for jazz solo piano. Nothing too crazy though since it's just seasonal side projects so can't dedicate too much time to it....
Had stopped practicing for qyite a while, seems to have helped, able to recharge the batteries so to speak, and i have seen this happen as was told to me by mentors of mine in the past, the mind-brain will continue to work o things in the subconcious so when one pucks the music back up certain elemebts hace moved forward even w absolutely no practice.
So now im working on a set of 3 related and consecutive classical sonatas,
will pick couple of christmas jazzy or std pieces (i suppose its thst time if year again, in my primary years we always shifted to working the christmas arrangements in october and i never outgrew it, next spring will start early ie april-ish on more advanced versions)
Workg through the whole nier piano collections book again. I need to record that thing by 2017 so i can move on to ther volumes (one goal is learning to hande large number of pieces at one time and also increase amount of rep in my hands for impromptu on the spot on demand performances and such)
A kapustin etude for a bit of pizaz and flash--itll be a busy fall and winter
