Help!  Name this tune...
on: September 10, 2004, 09:06:45 PM
All I know is that the composer is Harold Genzmer, and it's a very very simple piece.  I hated reading it as a child and promptly forgot all about it, but now, 14 years later, the the theme is really quite stuck in my head!  I'd like to get a hold of the sheet music to see what the rest of the song sounded like...

The right hand theme begins like this (and I think they were all triplets, but no downbeat in the first triplet):

...C#1-F1  Ab1-F1-Ab1   C2-Ab1-Eb2     C#2-E2-A1...

and then

...Ab1-C2  Eb2-C2-Eb2  G2-Eb2-Bb2     Ab2-B2-E2...

(number after pitch indicates octave, i.e. C1 = middle C, C#1 = C# right above middle C, and C2 = C one octave up from middle C)
