Does anybody know where I can find this piece? I heard it for the first time today and fell in love. :)

It's part of his Grande Fantasy on Porgy and Bess, and can be ordered from his website. (Under "Transcriptions" and scroll down a bit.)

Rather pricey, but still under copyright.
