Does anybody know where I can find this piece? I heard it for the first time today and fell in love.

It's part of his Grande Fantasy on Porgy and Bess, and can be ordered from his website. (Under "Transcriptions" and scroll down a bit.)

Rather pricey, but still under copyright.
