Kuhlau Frustration

I've been working on Kuhlau Sonatina Op. 20 No. 1 and progressing very well, but I'm being tripped up by the most seemingly benign measure.

No matter how much I practice it -- hands separate, hands together -- I cannot for the life of me master it. I'm playing along just fine, but when I get to this measure, it's like hitting a brick wall.

Here's the best way for me to explain the problem: It's a really a simple measure. The measures before and after it are very easy for me to play, but my brain absolutely refuses to accept this particular progression of notes, as if they're illogical.

It's from the Andante part, and I believe it's in measure number 6 (from the G-C chord to the F-A chord). It's kind of embarrassing that something this simple is giving me trouble, when the rest of the piece is moving along just fine.

Any advice?
