auto players: do they negatively effect the feel of your piano

I saw this in an ad for a piano for sale:   Piano can also be UPGRADED to a WIRELESS SYSTEM with a LIBRARY of OVER 9,000 SONGS from QRS Music Technologies for $....

Do these automated machines ruin the feel/action of the piano???
