pick either the top treble bass bar system or the bottom. i see a two piano reduction, you don't have 4 hands and two keyboards.
the bottom system is easier.
the top is nothing remarkable, all lines up nicely so don't see where the issue of hand coordination is. if you struggle slow it down until you figure it out then quickly get back to speed and move on. it's big huge piece, there are harder sections to worry about.

I'm presuming you have trouble playing the quavers against the triplets? I'd expect someone at this level to be able to do that without any problems. Just count in sextuplets.

Yeah. Practise that slowly until you get up to speed.

Okay, when coming upon any polyrhythm, the first thing one looks for is two against three.  Often, a composer likes to skip the first note on the beat of the first section.  Then, it is usually standard from there on, as is the case in this passage.

Secondly, just go "G" "D" G" in the left hand to "G "F" D." Then, in the right hand, just move the little finger up one note.  It is exactly the same chord with the "F" effectuating a Dominant Seventh Chord to end that particular compositional idea before it switches to an E Flat Dominant Seventh Broken Chord.

Just remember two against three, and then keep track of the harmony.  And, as stated by Earl Wild in his Memoir, his friend Rachmaninoff made a very big deal about doing all kinds of tricks with his thumbs.
