Was wondering if anyone has a scan of Tchaikovsky's Dumka op. 59 editted by Isidor Phillip and would be willing to send me a copy?

this is currently in print from IMC so sharing a copy may violate copyright on that specific edition but sometime publishers can share a single page as a sample if you are looking to review prior to buying it, sheet music plus sells it, so maybe check w imc or work w your local public or school library to do an interlibrary loan request and they can get you a loan er copy to review, then if you decide.ti scan or copy for your own personal study and not reshare it that is allowed under creative commons

good luck
