Hello everyone, my first post on here..
I started looking into the Prokofiev Toccata recently, and I would have a lot of questions, but I'll ask just two.

I own two editions, the Forberg Jurgenson (no fingerings) and the Alfred Masterwork Series (with lots of fingerings).
I work mainly from the Alfred, though I had to adapt many of the fingerings, which I find at times quite random, unnatural, or not consistent.

My first question is at measure 65, where the right hand plays the trills. The left and right hands have to cross on reverse octave jumps. I can't find a way where my hands won't bump into each other, especially on the measure just after the first trill. Looking at live performances, I often see no crosses at all, or very light ones, at least nothing like the sheet music seems to suggest. I was wondering if in that passage it was common to redistribute notes between left and right hands to avoid the crossing?

Second question is at measure 170, just before the ascending chromatic chord pattern in the right hand, and descending third/octave pattern in the left. This measure ends with 2 chords that initiate the pattern in both hands. The first of these 2 chords has A-C#-D in the right hand. According to both my editions, that D should be a D#, but musically speaking I think it should be a D natural. Is it a typo, and do all editions have it? I'm surprised Alfred didn't pick it up, they are usually at this kind of things.
