Rachmaninoff Elégie: Overlapping Hands

I'm working through the Elégie by Rachmaninoff, Op 3 no 1. Most of it hasn't been that bad, but there's a part towards the end that's giving me some difficulty.

In my music it's measures 93-94. Basically when the theme repeats at the end, there's a part where the left and right hand are basically in the same octave, and I'm not seeing how to play this without sounding very awkward. If I try to cross the left hand over the right, there's not enough room on the black keys to comfortably play it. If I pass the left Hand under, it's hard to get to the upper notes that are above the right hand.

I thought about capturing some of the notes with the RH but not sure if this is the best approach. Would appreciate any suggestions.

I'm sorry I can't show the exact measure, I'm visually impaired so I'm working with braille music. I hope this is clear though.

Hello! Did you find a solution to this problem yet? When I try it out I use the left hand over the right. My left wrist is somewhat high, my right wrist is somewhat low. For the right hand in bar 93, I use the fingering 52 41 52 41 for the sixths and try to stay as far out on the keys as I can. Left hand fingering in the same bar is 5 3 1 3 1 3 5 1 That gives me enough room to use the left hand comfortably.
