Bach French Suite No. 1
on: January 03, 2025, 05:27:24 AM
I'm only an intermediate student, but I have done well with several pieces in French Suite No. 3. Can someone advise me about where to start in Suite No. 1, possibly giving me an idea of the difficulty level of these pieces. Thanks in advance.

You can use this site to gauge the comparative difficulty
https://www.pianolibrary.org/composers/bach/
According to them, the first French Suite is a little more difficult than the 3rd.
