Altschuler: Melody in D on a theme by Rachmaninoff

For Cello and Piano

Can anyone explain me where or how to obtain the sheet music for this lovely music?

The story I heard was that Altschuler was a friend of Rachmaninoff and asked him to improvise a melody which Altschuler wrote down from memory at a later time, however the piano part was sparse and not that effective. The revision by Hayroudinoff was what I heard on public radio and is something I wish to find.
