Great piece!!! I played this in a concert at school for a bit of fun - beautiful!!! I don't really think it matters if it does not rate very highly as a classical piece - it's the enjoyment you get from it. I will say great piece again from the Final Fantasy X game. The only thing I would say would be to play it a little slower - but there is no real reason to do so - just my preference. Thanks for providing such a lovely, under-played piece for us all to enjoy!!! I wish that it were played more often.
Tom
P.S. I like your piano - what is it?
Working on: Schubert - Piano Sonata D.664, Ravel - Sonatine, Ginastera - Danzas Argentinas

thanks i'm glad you liked it! yes i'm playing it much faster than the con sentimento asks for but i really like this piece a lot & i feel it can tell the story of the game so i like to play it epic then sad (from the moment yuna knows she will die) & then resolve on the end when things get better i'm not sure that it's anywhere near good enought interpretation wise for this to show tho

i think i'll also post a more standard recording of it later since i agree that his music is not well known enought & people might enjoy a more representative recording a bit more than this one

&my piano is a digital p250 wich is why there is no noise on the recording (recording straight from the stereo jack outputs throught a m audio audiophile 2496 with audacity, cheap setup but works great for what i do)

hehe yea it may not sound as good as a good grand but when recording you can at least hear how it sounds at all without spending 1000$ in microphones i guess>< (on the other hand i still wish i had an actual grand for the 99.9999% of the time during wich i'm not recording tho=)

Wow.... goosebumps... not sure if that's good or bad... but I can't play it as fast... quite blown away by the speed.  But the digital piano is surprisingly good... maybe not all of them sound even and hollow, only mine.  There goes that prejudice.
Mad about Chopin.

nice recording. did you record it slow and speed it up or record it in layers? it sounds like a MIDI (not just the tone quality I mean)
do you play any videogame music that's not RPG?

well the only parts that required work where the big jumps in the left hand (wich is quite a bit because it happens all the time><) specially at the highter than asked for tempo i'm using but it was nice working on this because i'm not afraid of big jumps anymore but some of them gave me trouble (like the jump from F to C an 11th under during the fast part at 0:24/0:29/0:34 into the piece)
