Schubert dances D790 fingering
on: June 16, 2021, 09:30:46 AM
I have recently discovered Schubert's German dances D790 and wondered if anyone can recommend an edition which has the fingering notated.  I appreciate many like to write their own but I do find it useful to have some guidance and when buying a copy you can seldom see inside to check if fingering is included  Many thanks.  Chris

Henle's edition of the complete dances has fingering. If you don't want to buy the whole book, you can see a preview of all the D 790 dances except nos. 1, 9 & 10 on their website.

Thank you so much for this - most appreciated. I am not familiar with the dances and it will make a change from all the Chopin I play.  Chris
