Question about Arrau Anecdote
on: July 08, 2013, 06:25:00 AM
Is it true that Claudio Arrau's Liszt was so smooth and delicious Nestle decided to name the Aero chocolate bar in his honour? I heard this from Professor McChoughin, but I was later told the story is aprocrphal, a pure fabrication of Phillips as a promotional stunt.  Can anyone shed some light on the issue?

I'm serious. Professor McChoughin also said that Arrau had a great love for cookies, pies, and cakes. So there is that aspect of the story that adds to the credibility.
