I'd say there was something wrong with you, only I listened to thrash, death and black metal for years, which at times approaches this level of dissonant chaos, which would make me a hypocrite. I just tend to like my dissonant chaos played by guitars instead.

Aha. I know nothing about these videos; and don't find any of them appealing except for Bad Apple for some reason. I encountered it originally because somebody had written an NES rom that plays the song and streams the (very decimated) white-on-black silhouette version of the video. Quite an impressive technical trick, but I was more interested in the melody of the song which I enjoyed very much.

Aside from that, in terms of liking anything japanese, I like to watch quite a bit of anime with my wife, who is probably more of a weeb than I.
