Piano technique and injury
on: June 25, 2005, 08:38:15 PM
Anyone looked at, or have, or is there a review at the forum somewhere,
Regarding the new text,
"What Every Pianist needs to Know about the Body"--by Thomas Mark and others....It covers the retraining in technique from the ground up, to prevent injury...It includes suce as "body mapping" as well.
Thanks, John

Well,
I now admit I goofed up and did too much...
Hurt my wrists...so ignore me for a while...Hopefully it will get better by not playing a while, but I am pretty old for injury...Forgive these kind of personal postings, but...my wrists hurt...
Regards, too all, John
