Having fabulous technique

I had a slight inquiry.....
What can someone do so that when anyone hears his/her playing says "WOW, your technique is fabulous, Your fingers are so fast that i can't see them......and those stuff"

And beware that i am talking about technique only not other aspects of performance (expression, tempo, interpretation,..........etc.)

And please i don't want answers like "Practice scales for 3 hours everyday" "Hanon Hanon Hanon"..................Explanation pleeeez

learn to relax.  practice it from the neck down and not just the shoulders down.

do exercises to strengthen your back.  my reasoning is this:  your nerves will not function properly if you slump (as all tend to do at one time or other).

play some kind of sport or do some exercise that increases your circulation and blood flow.  this helps you think quicker and play faster and more evenly.  i always play better after a workout or bike ride.  it makes you interpret better too, imo.

practice listening to yourself at varying tempos (slow, med, fast) and don't progress to fast right away - or you'll be uneven forever. 

stay close to the keys and as you get faster, become LIGHTER.
