just heard peter conti play 'a gershwin medley' on the organ.  it sounded really cool.  somehow the clarinet, etc. sounded just right.  gotta take a listen.
do you know why benches fall apart?  it is because they have lids with little tiny hinges so you can store music inside them.  hint:  buy a bench that does not hinge.  buy it for sturdiness.

no.  my recording collection is quite limited, unfortunately.  last year i bought all the beethoven symphonies, as many mozart pc's as i could, and haydn's creation with the george bernard shaw chorale.  now, i am completely tired of them - and am looking for new stuff.  oh, i bought a friend a cd of rebecca luker singing cole porter songs - that one is entitle 'anything goes.'  if you like to extend range of cd's - buy that one!  she has a great voice!

i heard peter conti on the radio here.  along with a bunch of other organ music.  one was charles ives variations on america.  that was cool too.  a lot of fireworks in the music.

much prefer live music, and spend more money on concerts than cd's.  ok, and on books.
