chopin - Polonaise No. 6 in A flat major
chopin - op.10-4
chopin - op.10-5
schumann - the first fantasy from Kreisleriana
rachmaninov - prelude op.23 no.2
mendelssohn - fantasy in f# minor (3rd movement only)
beethoven - tempest sonata (only first 2 movements)

Im not sure about the schumann or mendelssohn.  I dont play both composers much.

Chopin 10/4                                                                     Hardest
Chopin polonaise                                             
Beethoven tempest sonata (first 2 movements)                  to
Rach prelude 23/2
Chopin 10/5                                                                      Easiest

Are you considering learning these pieces?  Because if you are, you shouldnt learn the Rach, I guess im not a huge fan of this piece.  The chopin polonaise sounds hard, but the notes come quite easy.  However it is extremely tough to get the required volume unless you are a very skilled pianist.  Chopin 10/4 is hardest IMO.  Chopin 10/5 is much easier than it sounds.
