Favourite etudes to listen to:

Op. 10 Nos. 4, 5, 12
Op. 25 Nos. 2, 7, 11

Favourite etudes to play:

Op. 10: all except Nos. 3, 6, 8 and 9

I couldn't list them from beginning to end as you did, but my favourites to listen to would be Op.10 Nos.2, 5, 6, 7, and 11, and Op.25 Nos.3, 4, 5, and 8; my favourite to play is actually a mirror image of Waldszenen's for Op.25 (though I do also enjoy playing Nos.8 and 12), and for Op.10, well, all of them except Nos.9, 10, and 12. (I certainly prefer Op.10 to Op.25, but that's just me.) Among the Moscheles etudes.... actually I'm rather indifferent to all three of those.

I'm not sure if that's a good thing.  ;D

I've fallen asleep to many a Perrahia recording in my day, and usually not intentionally
