help with haydn sonata Hob. 43 in Ab third mvt.

ok in measure 71 I have an Eb flat tied to an F of the next measure. I would normally think that this would just be a slur, but I also have a slur going across the next phrase. Can someone look in their scores and tell me if this is a misprint? should it be an Eb tied to another Eb or what?
