Since this is such a well-known piece, the adjudicators will know it inside out. They will put it under a microscope and might even compare your performance with all the well-known recordings. A question: is it a required piece for the competition? If it is, the judges might have heard it 10 or 20 times before your performance. What will make your performance memorable versus all those other renditions? If it were me, I would make sure I know the background of the Revolutionary. When was it written? What is the historical background? Why did he write it? What were his feelings when writing it? Try to bring out that mood of the revolution in your performance as if you and the music are one. This is of course on top of you being able to execute the piece with a reasonably good accuracy. Also pay attention to the details, phrasings, rubatos, degrees of dynamics, contrast of sections,etc. I hope this is helpful and does not worry you. Best of luck!
