Edward German; Three Dances from "Henry VIII"

Friends,

Cannot find anything about:" Three Dances from "Henry VIII"", by the English composer, Sir Edward German, other than a few recordings, which are orch...

My sister believes these were for piano FIRST...and is looking for the second, "Shepherds' Dance", or all of them if possible, for piano. She has the MIDDLE of the Shepherds' Dance, for piano, and it has NO PUBLISHER on the two pages she has.......

Does anyone know anything about these three somewhat obscure dances?
