Favorite Cadenza
on: July 20, 2005, 05:14:33 AM
The cadenzas can be from concerti or solo works.

My favorites:

Ravel Piano Concerto in G, 1st Mvt.
Prokofiev Piano Concerto #2, 1st Mvt.

Khachaturian
Rach 1, 3
Ravel G

Most of you have heard the Rachs and the Ravel, but do check out Khachaturian.  Im sure some of you have heard me speak about Khach but I cant stress how great it is enough.  The Cadenza is magnificant!
