Medtner Concerti 1&3 sheet music?
on: July 25, 2005, 05:14:11 AM
After becoming partial to the Medtner sonatas, to which I was introduced by a two volume set thereof at my university's music library (compiled, if memory serves, with help from Marc-Andre Hamelin, who owns some rare Medtner editions), I'm curious about the piano concerti; however, the only one of which I can find a score at the library is No.2. Does anyone have copies of the scores (preferably two-piano versions) of Nos.1 and 3 they would be willing to send on? (E-mail address given out by PM only owing to attempts to cut down on spam.)

Smashing! Thanks awfully. (I should, it seems, just go straight there if I can't find hard copies of sheet music!) As for the concerti themselves.... well, I'll certainly never be able to play them, but they do give me an idea of how they sound, which is what I was after.
