Nils, why?
on: July 30, 2005, 02:29:09 AM
I just visited John's chatroom, and since it has a huge backtime, I sa this conversation:

Quote
19:08:55 NilsJohan enters this room

19:09:42 pitabread enters this room

19:09:55 [pitabread] ic

19:10:04 [NilsJohan] hello

19:10:12 [mikeyg] Shut up ***

19:10:13 [pitabread] 'ello

19:10:19 [mikeyg] you are such a *** dick

19:10:23 [NilsJohan] Excuse me?

19:10:25 [mikeyg] you think you can ban mwah?

19:10:32 [mikeyg] yeah, *** you

19:10:52 [NilsJohan] Look, i only did it because those were the rules.

19:11:16 [mikeyg] Bullshit

19:11:21 [mikeyg] what did I do

19:11:31 [mikeyg] you banned me for changing my username?

19:11:57 [NilsJohan] You spammed the boards and made many members feel uncomfortable.

19:12:05 [mikeyg] you stupid twat

19:12:11 [mikeyg] shut up

19:12:21 [mikeyg] it needed some comedic relief

I personally think nils is above this, so it wasn't him, but the way he talked about smaller forums and how superior this place was is ridiculous.  If it is him.

I dunno.  Mikey seems like quite a profane person, but he is pretty funny.

I sense this thread may become a "pocorina" thread.

Well, I don't know what a pocorina thread is, but it certainly deserves an answer.

Not on the hilarity scale, on the people pointing fingers scale.

I've had enough of this,

First of all, I don't give a d@mn about whether that was Nils or not. But I am sick of this "competition" I'm having with Piano Forum. How this happened, I'm not sure... but if that was Nils, then might I ask him why he feels smaller communities are a waste of time? I did not create my board to compete with Piano Forum. It was mainly just a way to see people's opinions about my music. Since then, it has become much more, but that is not my doing.

So this has gone too far. Really.

Yes, this site is very nice.  However, there is no need to say sh*t about a guys forum in that guys chat.

I agree. Yet I have a difficult time believing that that was really Nils.

This is very suspicious... The administrator's name is nilsjohan, but the name on the chat page you got is NilsJohan, with capital letters, and I think the name is not capitalized once you entered the chat, it remains original, which leave me doubts. But I couldn't tell if that is Nils... Of course.

It isn't PF chat, it's JCarey's chat.   So, nils would have to manually enter his name in.

Maybe this should be posted at the PF website too (non-piano board). You will get a response from Nils faster that way, I guess. ;) This is hidden from him, on this page, I would say... I guess that Nils views the PF website more often then other pages.

No, that was not me. >:(

I have never used and will never use this name on any other piano related sites so if you see it outside this website you can be sure it is not me.
