An old trick for cleaning ivory keys that makes too much sense.... toothbrush and toothpaste. After all, ivory is made out of teeth! Recommend cleaning every morning and evening and after meals

Perhaps you can also use those whitening strips on the ivory keys?.........?

Clean hands make for clean keys...

BUt every once in a while, I will use a damp (windexed) cloth to wipe them down.

A good balanced diet of Hanon, technical tidbits, a Bach pre&fu or two, with some Beethoven and Chopin, Liszt or Mozart for a main course, maybe some noveau delicacies, and a couple etudes for dessert.

Its okay to have a jazz and/or rock treat on weekends, with a few of heavenly morsels on Sundays.
