Toward the Flame: Boris Petrushansky’s Journey Through Scriabin’s Universe

Alexander Scriabin died in April 1915, at forty-three, of a fever that took him within a week — leaving his great mystical project unfinished. He left behind a piano language no one had spoken before, one that a century later still questions every interpreter who approaches it. Boris Petrushansky has spent a lifetime preparing his answer. ok. i found the recipie i was looking for finally!  i haven't tried it yet, but it sounds right.
southern peach pie:

www.cdkitchen.com/recipies/recs/300/GeorgiaPeachPie2905.shtml

and, here's a frozen version:

14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 C. heavy cream - whipped
2 C. peaches - thinly sliced
1 graham cracker crust

mix milk with lemon juice (mixture will thicken).  fold the thickened mixture into whipped cream and peaches.  pour into chilled crust and freeze until firm.
do you know why benches fall apart?  it is because they have lids with little tiny hinges so you can store music inside them.  hint:  buy a bench that does not hinge.  buy it for sturdiness.

fresh peaches off the tree... this time of year... are really really good. they have a bite to them like no canned peach ever has...

that pie sounds really good too. if we had peaches this year i'd make it.

I bet you could make a nice varient of this by subsituting the peaches with nectarines (which happen to be my favorite fruit) and the lemon juice with lime juice...

hmmm.  that does sound good, too!  suppose it's all in the taste buds.  could be blueberries or strawberries, too.
