There are a few midi files from classicalmidiconnection, and if you go to
www.naxos.com
, under one of the piano cd's of villa-lobos, you should be able to find clips of the entire "the baby's family" and if you sign up, which i think is like 24 bucks a year, you can hear the whole thing. Good deal considering the massive amounts of cd's they have.

Have a look here for Mp3 of it:
https://www.karadar.com/Mp3composer/SearchAutore.asp?Autore=Villa%20Lobos
https://songs.streamwaves.com/v/vil/
https://www.elianerodrigues.com/store/index.asp
Here you have it in midi:
https://www.classicalarchives.com/main/v.html#VILLA-LOBOS
There are several CDs of it as well (Sonia Rubinsky for Naxos, Rubinstein, Cristina Ortiz, etc. just google them for the details).
Best wishes,
Bernhard.
