Joke I don't understand...

Someone at my school told me a joke that I honestly cannot find the 'joke' in. 

-How do you get a child out of the bath tub?
-Turn on the computer..

Am I missing something, or is this just a stupid thing which makes no sense..

If the computer was in the bath with the child, one assumes the resulting electric shock would be sufficient to get the child to leave.

It's a stupid joke...basically: kids are addicted to computers and spend all of their time on it

though i personally don' use the computer in the bath... i haven't got a tub

I am pretty sure the child runs out of the bathtup to get behind the computer.

Jokes like these are bad. The one in the other joke topic is even worse. Most people that don't find it funny get that one, but it's just so bad.


Personally almost no joke makes me laugh. I can only laugh about things that aren't supposed to be funny. At least not in the first place. I have a strange sense of humor.
