Chopin Valse "L'adieu"

This is the Chopin Waltz op.69 no.1 more well known as the "The Farewell" waltz. Not too sure of the story, if any could inform me that would be nice.
And once again, there are quite a few mistakes. But I post to get constructive criticism anyways.

I think the most constructive thing I can tell you is that you REALLY should have your piano tuned
